Great Britain's 4x100m women's medley team smashed a nine-year world record at the European Paralympic Swimming Championships in Reykjavik.
Heather Frederiksen, Claire Cashmore, Stephanie Millward and Louise Watkin carved a massive 13 seconds off the previous mark as they touched home in four minutes 57.47 seconds.
It was the stellar performance in a night where British swimmers again dominated, winning eight golds, five silvers and a bronze.
"That really topped off a great night for the team," said Watkin.
"The girls just did so well and I knew I had to keep it going. They really had put in great performances and I knew I had to do it for them."
Double Paralympic champion Eleanor Simmonds took her second gold medal of the competition in the women's 50m freestyle.
"That was a good race for me," said Simmonds, who won the 400m freestyle title earlier this week.
"I went into the race wanting to go below 37 seconds and I did that which was great.
"I knew I wanted to go fast and I knew they would be ahead at the start but I worked to pull it back."
World record holder Heather Frederiksen swam to an emphatic victory in the women's 400m freestyle, as she finished with a lead that stretched to over thirty seconds, clocking a time of 4:49.79.
Paralympic champion Sam Hynd added European gold to his impressive medal collection after a strong swim in the men's 400m freestyle.
"That was a fantastic race and it was quicker than this morning," said Hynd, after finishing in 4:27.69.
"I was hoping to dip under the world record but it wasn't meant to be this evening and you can only do your best on the night."
Anthony Stephens added to his two medals in the men's 50m backstroke as he swam to the gold with a new British record time of 41.20.
Craig Rodgie also broke the British record with a victory in the 100m backstroke, edging out team-mate Ben Proctor in 1:06.98.
"I just did what I had to do on the last 25m to take the medal," he said.
"And that is the way to do it. The team is great everyone pushes each other and it is fantastic to be here."
There were also wins for Matthew Walker in the 50m freestyle and Stephanie Bird in the 100m freestyle.
