Macclesfield manager Keith Alexander knows the coming weeks will be a true test of his side's worth.
The Silkmen have impressed in recent weeks and have only lost one of their past five league games.
However, they now face a tricky test against Dagenham on Saturday before taking on Bradford and Aldershot.
Alexander told the club`s official website: "We now face the prospect of three games against more fancied teams and of course that will present a different challenge.
"Dagenham will be full of confidence and play to their strengths. But if we are to have any aspirations of progressing, these are the sorts of games we have to win.
"So it will be a good gauge of how far we have come and certainly a game we are all looking forward to."
