Nicholas Bignall could make his return from injury in Stockport`s clash at Brentford on Saturday.

The on-loan Reading striker has been sidelined since pulling up in training with a hamstring injury the day before County's victory at Tranmere.

However, Bignall is confident he will be at Gary Ablett's disposal this weekend.

"I've made massive strides in training over the past few days and I've been running near enough normally," he told the club`s official website. "So hopefully on Saturday I'll get a game.

"It's been better than previously thought though, it's only been two weeks."
