Peterborough striker Danny Crow made his long-awaited comeback from injury in Posh reserves' win over local rivals Northampton.Crow lasted 65 minutes of his first game back from the toe injury which has kept him out of action since October.
The promising 21-year-old scored 10 times for Peterborough last season and netted 17 in the previous campaign, and Posh manager Darren Ferguson is eager to bring Crow back into first-team contention as quickly as possible.
He is expected to be given another run-out in the reserves before being considered for Posh's promotion push.
"It was good to see Danny get 65 minutes and he did fine," Ferguson told the club's official website.
Josh Low - another player struggling with injury - scored twice as Peterborough ran out 4-2 winners.
