Barnsley assistant manager Ryan Kidd has been fined £250 and warned over his future conduct by the FA's disciplinary committee.Kidd was charged with using abusive and/or insulting words during the Tykes' clash at Ipswich last month.
The Oakwell number two admitted the offence, with his remarks understood to be made towards match referee Andy Penn.
Barnsley are one of only three clubs to leave Portman Road with a point this season following a 0-0 draw on December 1.
