Nielsen contract cut short by Foxes

Leicester keeper Jimmy Nielsen has had his contract cancelled by mutual consent after failing to make a competitive appearance for the club.The 30-year-old was signed by former Foxes boss Martin Allen on a free transfer from Danish side AaB Aalborg in the summer but had no impact.

Meanwhile, Collins John has returned to Fulham following a three-month loan spell at the Walkers Stadium. The striker made 11 appearances during his stay scoring two goals.

Radostin Kishishev and Mark de Vries have returned to Leicester after their loan spell at Leeds.
