Everton pair Tony Hibbert and Leon Osman have signed new long-term contracts, tying them to Goodison Park until 2012.
Both players came through the ranks with the Merseyside club and were members of Everton's FA Youth Cup winning side back in 1998.
Now 26, the duo can look forward to adding to the 329 first team appearances they have already amassed between them.
Hibbert told the club's official website: "I'm made up that I'm here for another five years and I'm very happy to be here and carry on playing my football here.
"It's good to sign at the same time as Leon. We've grown up together and been playing for Everton for many years. It's good to see that we're still wanted at the club and it's a good thing that it's for five years."
New deals for both players have been in the pipeline since November and Osman (pictured) insists he never had any doubt agreement would be reached.
He told the club's television station: "We started talking a couple of months back, but I don't think there was ever any doubt that I was going to commit my long term future to the club.
"I've been here since I left school, and that's a long time but it's where I want to play my football."
