SPL club Rangers have accepted a £3 million bid from Premier League Fulham for striker Daniel Cousin.
Cousin, 30, was the subject of an earlier bid that the Glasgow club turned down.
He had suggested through his agent that he was interested in a move to Craven Cottage.
"He has been scoring goals for us recently and you would always want to hold onto your players if you can," Rangers manager Walter Smith said before agreement was reached.
Fulham will now discuss personal terms with Cousin over a move to west London.
Gabon goal-getter Cousin netted once in Gers' Champions League campaign, during the 3-0 away win in Lyon, and eight times in the SPL during 17 appearances.
