Serie A - Scaloni nears Mallorca switch

"Everything has been agreed with Mallorca but I just want to make sure Lazio will pay me for December and January," the 29-year-old former Deportivo Coruna player told Marca.
"There were some chances of going to Greece, France and England but what I want to do is to return to Spain and Mallorca is perfect."
Scaloni featured for West Ham in the 2005/06 season, helping them to reach the FA Cup final where they lost on penalties to Liverpool.
He was also a surprise inclusion in the Argentina squad for the 2006 World Cup at the expense of former captain and Argentina legend Javier Zanetti.
