FOOTBALL 2007-2008 FA Cup Barnsley Liverpool-Barnsley Davey - 0

Blackpool (15) v Charlton (5)

Michael Jackson (hamstring) and Stephen Crainey (shin) are set to miss out for Blackpool but defender Kaspars Gorkss is primed to return after a ban, offsetting Jackson's expected absence.

Jackson's defensive partner Ian Evatt should be passed fit after hamstring trouble, while John Hills deputises for Crainey.

Charlton defender Kelly Youga is suspended so Sam Sodje could make his first start since December.

Madjid Bougherra (foot) is unlikely to make it in time, so Jonathan Fortune will retain his place in defence. Svetoslav Todorov and Chris Dickson (both knee) and defender Cory Gibbs (foot) are long-term absentees.

Colchester (22) v Bristol City (3)

Midfielder Dean Hammond could make his Colchester debut after suspension and a calf injury. On-loan Adam Virgo (ankle) is out, so Danny Granville deputises in defence.

Winger Mark Yeates (shoulder) could be out for the season, while defender Bela Balogh and goalkeeper Aidan Davison (shoulder) may miss out.

Bristol City captain Louis Carey faces a race against time to prove his fitness after a foot injury and replace either Jamie McCombe or Liam Fontaine. Brian Wilson, absent from training yesterday because of illness, is the only other doubt.

Coventry (20) v Leicester (19)

Coventry captain Michael Doyle is banned but defenders Scott Dann and Dan Fox are available again after missing the FA Cup defeat against West Brom because they were cup-tied. Midfielder Stephen Hughes is also back in contention after recovering from an ankle problem.

Defenders Joe Mattock and Richard Stearman are doubts for Leicester with leg injuries.

Jamie Clapham would be the natural replacement for Mattock, with James Chambers likely to be recalled if Stearman is absent. Levi Porter (knee) and Elvis Hammond (ankle) remain long-term casualties.

Crystal Palace (10) v Wolves (12)

Neil Warnock could shake up his strikeforce as Crystal Palace search for their first win in six matches.

Shefki Kuqi could be joined by James Scowcroft or Clinton Morrison. Neil Danns will miss out with a groin injury, and the recovering Mark Kennedy (Achilles) and Tony Craig (shoulder) will not be ready in time.

Winger Matt Jarvis may be back for Wolves after a hip problem, while Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, George Elokobi, David Edwards and Daniel Jones were cup-tied for the FA Cup loss at Cardiff but return to contention.

However, Michael Kightly (ankle), Stephen Ward (knee) and Neill Collins (ankle) are all sidelined.

Norwich (13) v Barnsley (14)

Norwich midfielder Darel Russel, captain Mark Fotheringham and striker Dion Dublin are all suspended. Jamie Cureton should start in attack, Matthew Pattison returns to midfield, while Rossi Jarvis and Michael Spillane are in contention for a recall.

Defender Ryan Bertrand is in the squad after illness and Juan Velasco is fit but Adam Drury (knee) and Luke Chadwick (shoulder) remain long-term absentees.

Barnsley boss Simon Davey must decide whether to recall all his cup-tied players.

Striker Jon Macken, defender Lewin Nyatanga and goalkeeper Tony Warner are available - but Davey may not be willing to make changes after the FA Cup win at Liverpool.

Plymouth (7) v Burnley (8)

Plymouth are set to hand a home bow to on-loan Sunderland central defender Russell Anderson, with Mat Doumbe (hamstring) and Marcel Seip (groin) sidelined. On-loan Derby midfielder Gary Teale will again figure.

On-loan Burnley striker Andrew Cole is almost certain to miss out with an Achilles injury but Robbie Blake, Ade Akinbiyi and Kyle Lafferty are fit.

Defender Clarke Carlisle is in contention after shaking off a hamstring injury but Michael Duff, Alan Mahon, Besart Berisha and Steve Jones remain sidelined.

QPR (17) v Sheff Utd (16)

QPR may have defender Fitz Hall back after groin trouble, while goalkeeper Jake Cole (thumb) and defender Chris Barker - who underwent a hernia operation - are in contention. Akos Buzsaky is suspended.

Striker Billy Sharp (bruised leg), on-loan Manchester United winger Lee Martin (rib) and defender Derek Geary (calf) are doubts for Sheffield United - but Gary Speed is available again following a groin injury.

Scunthorpe (24) v Southampton (18)

Scunthorpe striker Geoff Horsfield hopes to pass a fitness test on a hamstring injury - but Paul Hayes is on stand-by.

Kevan Hurst remains sidelined with a heavy cold and fellow winger Grant McCann sits out the last match of a three-game ban. On-loan Sheffield United defender Mamadou Seck is out with a back injury.

Darren Powell (calf) is out for Southampton, so Gregory Vignal steps in at the back - with a lightweight cast on his arm.

Fellow defenders Alex Ostlund (hamstring) Chris Makin (hip) and Claus Lundekvam (ankle) miss out, as do midfielders Nathan Dyer (ankle) and Youssef Safri (suspension).

Sheff Wed (23) v Cardiff (11)

On-loan Sunderland midfielder Graham Kavanagh may return for Wednesday after hamstring trouble.

Midfielder Burton O'Brien is back after a neck injury but ankle injury victims Francis Jeffers, Akpo Sodje and Frank Simek, Etienne Esajas (foot), Steve Watson (hamstring) and Leon Clarke (knee cartilage) are out.

Darren Purse is likely to replace suspended Glenn Loovens at the heart of Cardiff's defence.

Winger Joe Ledley is missing again with a hamstring problem, while Robbie Fowler (hip) remains a long-term absentee.

Stoke (1) v Ipswich (6)

Stoke's Danny Pugh is suspended, so Andy Wilkinson or Gabriel Zakuani will replace him in defence.

On-loan Blackburn striker Paul Gallagher should be fit after a knock forced him off in a midweek reserve game. Captain Dominic Matteo (foot) is the only definite injury absentee.
