Nicky Forster made it seven goals in seven games to give Brighton their fifth win in the last six home games by beating Swindon 2-1.Midfielder Craig Easton drove Swindon into a seventh-minute lead but Forster guided in a lovely header from a Dean Cox free-kick to level five minutes later.
The in-form Forster settled the issue with his 19th goal of the season after 67 minutes by converting a 25-yard free-kick which went in off the post.
Brighton had a lucky let-off late on when a cross by Anthony McNamee was nearly put into his own goal by defender Tommy Elphick.
Swindon had a goal-bound header from Blair Sturrock cleared off the line by Steve Thomson in the first half and the latter also saw his low shot come back off a post.
Forster then had a header saved by goalkeeper Peter Brezovan after strike-partner Glenn Murray unselfishly set him up.
