Chesterfield manager Lee Richardson insists the club will not be held to ransom over new contracts that they feel represent market value.Defenders Janos Kovacs and Phil Picken have fresh offers on the table, but have yet to sign.
Richardson said: "Both have been offered contracts which, in my opinion, meets their market value.
"Every player has a value and if players are not willing to sign for what we consider to be the market value then we wish them well."
