Gillingham manager Mark Stimson has no injury problems to contend with ahead of the play-off final against Shrewsbury.

Midfielder Adam Miller missed both legs of the semi-final win over Rochdale with an ankle injury, but has returned to full fitness and is in contention for a spot in the squad.

Stimson seems likely to stick with the side which started both legs against Dale, so the best Miller can seemingly hope for is a spot on the bench.

That would mean one of Nicky Southall or Albert Jarrett likely suffering Wembley heartbreak and being left out of the match-day 16 altogether.

The squad includes five players with Wembley experience in the shape of Southall, who played for the Gills on their two visits to the old stadium, while Miller, John Nutter, Barry Fuller and Alan Julian were part of the Stevenage side - managed by Stimson - which won the FA Trophy two years ago.

Stimson's side are bidding to bounce straight back to League One at the first attempt after being relegated last season, but face a tough task against a Shrewsbury side who beat them 7-0 back in September.

Shrewsbury boss Paul Simpson is without striker Dave Hibbert (foot) and Steven Leslie (suspension).

Long-term injury victim Mike Jackson (knee) also misses out.

"We must do all we can to achieve promotion," Simpson said. "The preparations have been great leading up to it.

"We're missing Jackson and Hibbert, and Leslie's suspended, but everybody else is really up for it. Everybody wants to be involved and I have to say they've done everything they possibly can to make it difficult for me to pick a 16 out of it."
