Belgium's Philippe Gilbert of the Silence Lotto team won the Ster Elektrotoer after Team Columbia's Andre Greipel took the fifth and final stage in the Netherlands.
Dutch rider Niki Terpstra went into the final day of racing wearing the leader's jersey but the Milram rider was overhauled by Gilbert, who had won the previous stage on Saturday, thanks to the the intermediate sprint bonuses he secured.
Gilbert ended the race two seconds ahead of Terpstra, who was a further seven seconds ahead of third-placed Slovenian Borut Bozichz (Vacansoleil).
In Helmond, Greipel won a bunch sprint finish to take the closing stage and claim his third victory of the race.
The German rider crossed the line ahead of Danilo Napolitano of Katusha and Roberto Ferrari (LPR Brakes).
