Leeds manager Simon Grayson is keen to sign Crystal Palace goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan on a permanent deal.
The 30-year-old spent an injury-hit loan spell at Elland Road last season but, despite not playing a game for the Yorkshire club, he is still a target for Grayson.
"He is on the radar, as are a number of other players," Grayson told BBC Radio Leeds.
"We need competition for places all over the field and if I feel I need to bring in another keeper and have three, then Darryl's ideal for me."
Flahavan joined the Eagles last summer from Southend where he made over 300 appearances, but he has only managed three starts for the London club.
