Ireland fly-half Ronan O'Gara will captain the British and Irish Lions in Tuesday night's clash against the Emerging Springboks at Newlands.
O'Gara becomes the fifth different skipper on tour, following Paul O'Connell, Brian O'Driscoll, Phil Vickery and Donncha O'Callaghan.
Grand Slam winner O'Gara leads a side that contains six players who were involved in Saturday's 26-21 first Test defeat against world champions South Africa.
Test substitutes O'Callaghan and Martyn Williams both start, while Test line-up members Ugo Monye, Lee Mears, Phil Vickery and David Wallace are on the bench.
The side includes props Tim Payne and John Hayes, who were only recently summoned to join the tour party.
England international Payne has flown out as cover for Andrew Sheridan, who has a back strain, while Hayes replaces ankle injury victim Euan Murray.

Bosvark you're gonna eat ur words come this saturday when O Gara plays 10 against the Boks..cast ur mind back to last year when Ireland destroyed South Africa and O Gara was instrumental..he's the best flyhalf on the tour and he'll prove it come saturday!lions to win the series!
For once Bosvark I agree with you. O'Gara's defence is suspect to say the least! and he kicks good posession away far too frequently.
Excellent!! just what the Boks were hoping for.
O'Gara is the perfect no 10 that Southern Hemi sides eat for breakfast: timid in contact, pathetic in defense, uni-deminesional game plan, runs the bad ball and kicks away the good.
Hee hee: the Bok loosies must be pinching themselves!
That's Hook on the bench for the test then
