Motherwell have been drawn to play Welsh side Llanelli in the first qualifying round of the Europa League.
The first leg is at Airdrie's Excelsior Stadium on 2 July, with the return game a week later in Wales.
Airdrie's ground will play host to their neighbours' first-round tie - and the second round if they progress - as work is done on the Fir Park pitch.
Motherwell, who qualified via their Fair Play record, are still seeking a new boss after the departure of Mark McGhee, and assistant Scott Leitch, to Scottish Premier League rivals Aberdeen.
The Fir Park club will hope to have their new manager in place in time for the first Europa League game in a fortnight's time.
Two former international managers - Lawrie Sanchez and Steve Staunton - have been linked with the job.
Former Motherwell midfielder and Scotland captain Gary McAllister is also in the frame as is former Well defender Luc Nijholt.
Less than a month after the season ended, the Fir Park players returned to training on Monday morning with captain Stephen Craigan acting as caretaker until the new boss is appointed.
Chairman John Boyle, however, refused to add to the speculation.
He told Sky Sports: "We are going about it in an orderly fashion. As soon as we have made our choice we will be announcing it but we are not going to rush. It's on-going as we speak.

and im sure they will.
Scotland vs Wales, it's a shame the Welsh sides can't do any damage in Europe. I hope they give Motherwell a good go however.
