Tigers looking to sign Pamarot

Tue 22 Jul, 04:15 PM

Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed Premier League new boys Hull have made a bid for out-of-favour French defender Noe Pamarot.Redknapp is eager to generate more transfer funds by selling some of the players on the fringes of his squad.

Pamarot would fall under such a category and the former Tottenham man is attracting attention from Tigers boss Phil Brown.

Having added the likes of George Boateng and Geovanni to his ranks, Brown is eager to bring in more players with similar Premier League experience.

"Noe's here and if he played he wouldn't let you down," Redknapp told The News.

"He's done a great job. I think a Premier League club made an offer for him.

"Hull were interested in him."
