A hand injury has reportedly caused Joe Calzaghe's clash with Roy Jones Jr to be postponed.

Calzaghe was due to defend his Ring magazine light-heavyweight crown against former P4P king Jones at New York's Madison Square Garden on September 20.

But according to Guardian Unlimited, the Welshman has injured his right hand and the date is now off.

The report says the fight could still happen later in the year, possibly in November.
