An out-of-sorts Ronnie O'Sullivan fought back from two frames down to snatch a point against Stephen Hendry in the Premier League, while Shaun Murphy oozed class in beating Marcu Fu 5-1.
O'Sullivan missed balls at great regularity throughout but dug deep into his reserves to claim a 3-3 draw.
A 51 break saw Hendry take the opener and he cashed in on some sloppy play from O'Sullivan to secure the second.
O'Sullivan hit back in frame three, but a 76 break after O'Sullivan missed a red handed Hendry the fourth frame.
The Romford star kept his hopes alive with a 95 break in frame five and with both players missing balls in frame six, O'Sullivan edged over the line.
Hong Kong star Fu made a bright start against Murphy with a break of 91, but from that point on it was all Murphy.
The former world champion hit breaks of 50 and 62 to edge ahead and a 105 took him to 3-1 ahead, but it could have been more as he had a potential 147 staring him in the face.
The quality did not dip in frame five as Murphy sealed the victory with a clearance of 134 and a further half century put some gloss on his first Premier League win of the season.
