Watford boss Malky Mackay has saluted the attitude of Nathan Ellington after the striker opened his account for the season at Ipswich.
Ellington expects to be sold by the cash-strapped Hornets in January and has been restricted to substitute appearances for the majority of this season. But he broke his goal duck with a last-gasp equaliser in Tuesday night's 1-1 draw.
"He's getting himself into positions in every game he has come on," said Mackay.
"His work-rate has impressed me from minute one of pre-season, he has shown an attitude and an application in his work to go out there, be the best he can be and improve us as a team and help us score goals."
