Wycombe defender Will Antwi has admitted he is finally playing without pain again after a long injury lay off.The stand-in skipper has worked his way back from a complicated groin injury but after a tentative return a month ago, says he is now back to peak condition.

Antwi was out for 10 months with the injury but has played three of the last four games for Paul Lambert's side and is back to full fitness.

He said: "I'm playing without pain now. When I'm on the pitch I'm going 100% which is obviously a great relief."
