Hereford forward Lionel Ainsworth has joined Championship leaders Watford on loan with a view to making the move permanent in January.Ainsworth, the 20-year-old whose goal condemned Leeds to an FA Cup first-round exit on Tuesday, moves to Vicarage Road in a deal that sees Watford duo Theo Robinson and Toumani Diagouraga have their current loans at Hereford extended until the end of the season.
In addition, the Bulls will have the first option to sign Diagouraga when the French midfielder's new loan deal expires in May.
A statement on Hereford's official website read: "Hereford United wish Lionel the very best of luck in his time spent at Watford."
