Celtic were denied a return to the top of the SPL after they were dramatically beaten 2-1 by Dundee United at Tannadice Park.
Barry Robson scored a goal against his old club from the penalty spot that looked as though it would re-establish their two-point lead over Rangers, only for Jon Daly and Darren Dods (pictured) to both score headers late on and seal a first win over Celtic for a decade.
A swift Celtic counter-attack with 20 minutes remaining ended with Dods sticking a leg out just inside the box that sent Robson tumbling, and the midfielder picked himself up to slot a cool finish past Nicky Weaver.
Just after that goal, Irish striker Daly replaced Damian Casalinuovo to make his first appearance of the season after a long injury lay-off.
Daly almost scored with his first touch when Dods headed a corner back across goal, but Daly could only steer his close-range header over the bar.
He atoned for that miss 10 minutes later when he rose unmarked to guide a header past Weaver and level the match.
After Daly found redemption with a goal it was Dods's turn to do the same, and in the final minute of the 90 he also benefitted from some lax set-piece defending from Celtic to send a bullet header into the back of the net.
The defeat means that Celtic have now won just two of their last 10 matches in all competitions, heaping more pressure on Bhoys boss Tony Mowbray.
The first decent chance of an open first quarter of the match fell to Celtic's Andreas Hinkel. The German full-back cut in from the right and drills a venomous left-footed strike that Weaver got down low to save.
Barry Robson and Danny Fox both fired free-kicks over the bar, while Marc-Antoine Fortune could have scored had he struck Aiden McGeady's ball back from the byline rather than take the extra touch.
United competed well in the early stages, but as the half wore on Celtic began to increasingly pin them back in their own half, with the runs of McGeady in particular causing them problems.
However, in Jennison Myrie-Williams United have genuine pace of their own, and the young English winger led out several breaks from Celtic set-pieces. Right at the end of the half, Myrie-Williams was brought down by Glenn Loovens, who earned a booking for the foul.
After the break it was United who started the brighter, with Myrie-Williams flashing a low drilled shot just wide of the post before Prince Buaben forced Lukasz Zaluska to tip his effort over the bar.
After Weaver came off his line quickly to smother a shot from Fortune and Casalinuovo hit the bar with a header, the match descended into a somewhat scrappier affair before the drama of the final 20 minutes unfolded.

I'm a Celtic supporter....but I warned you all before the season started that sacking Strachan and hiring this fool would bring nothing but misery....I hate being right all the time. Nothing short of a minor miracle will prevent Rangers winning the title again...have a look at those bas*ads....they havent even lost a game yet and they have a game in hand with a 1 point lead at this early stage!! What hope do Celtic have...?
Time to go Mowbray before you get lynched...and shut up Robson you jacka**
