It is a massive week for Fantasy Football fans, with a double dose of action featuring games this weekend and also on Boxing Day.
The packed fixture list makes picking players harder than ever, but fear not, that's what Choose 'em or Lose 'em is here for.
CHOOSE 'EM
Player of the Week
Alexander Hleb (8.01) - Why is the Minsk Maradona so cheap? Who cares. Just get stuck into a player who costs less than Ross Wallace, Craig Gardner and Lee Bowyer.
Goalkeepers
Hats off if you picked up Shay Given (6.19) when he was about three million. His price has risen a lot, but with games against Derby and Wigan he is still a sound selection.
If you're in the market for a bargain basement keeper, why not take a risk on Chris Kirkland (3.37) of Wigan? Go on, it'll be fun.
Further up the food chain, Scott Carson (9.20) looks decent value although he plays at Chelsea on Boxing Day.
Jose Reina (10.68) has good matchups with Liverpool taking on Portsmouth and Derby.
Defenders
With John Terry out and doubts over Ricardo Carvalho and Alex, Tal Ben Haim should play at least once for Chelsea and looks a snip at 4.29.
William Gallas (10.78) is expensive, but his scoring streak and the prospect of a highly-charged trip to Tottenham make him an attractive prospect.
Liverpool players are always a bit of a crapshoot, especially with such a congested schedule. But Jamie Carragher (7.65) is pretty much undroppable, even for Rafa Benitez, and could pick up a pair of clean sheets.
If you're the type of person who just wants a cheap defence to save up for stars further forward, Aaron Mokoena (2.05) is still among the cheapest players in the game, but is unlikely to start following Steven Reid's return from injury.
Midfielders
As well as Hleb, fellow Arsenal man Cesc Fabregas (16.74) may not be this cheap for long. Get involved if you can.
Frank Lampard (18.69) is relatively affordable and always plays, so he is another high-end midfielder worth considering.
Manchester City have two winnable games against Aston Villa and Blackburn. Martin Petrov (12.69) and Elano (10.14) will both be popular choices.
Petrov is more likely to score steadily with a stream of crosses and corners won; Elano is a bit more of an all-or-nothing pick but considerably cheaper.
James Milner (10.59) is an important part of Newcastle's resurgent side and takes set pieces when Joey Barton doesn't nick them off him. Games against Derby and Wigan make any Toon player worth a look.
Tottenham's Steed Malbranque (7.99) is as cheap as he has been for a while, and Steven Pienaar (6.78) has also been performing well.
At the bargain end, Gelson Fernandes (3.86), Hayden Mullins (3.63) and Robbie Freaking Savage (1.82) might be worth considering. Only if you're desperate, though.
Strikers
As always, Fernando Torres (11.16) is a conundrum. Rested in midweek, he is a dead cert to face Portsmouth, but there is always a risk he could be given Boxing Day off. Still, if he doesn't play there should be plenty of sherry about to drown your sorrows.
Emmanuel Adebayor (13.58) could see his production decrease following Robin van Persie's return, but he is still the Arsenal forward of choice.
Andriy Shevchenko (12.53) will never have a better chance to prove himself and has hit moderately impressive form.
Bolton and Middlesbrough await Cameron Jerome (9.76) who looks like a fine choice, while Tuncay (9.41) will be much in demand after his recent exploits for Boro. Dean Ashton (7.62) is another great value player.
A bargain selection? Why not take a flier on Matt Derbyshire (3.98), who could replace the woefully out-of-form Benni McCarthy.
LOSE 'EM
Goalkeepers
If you haven't done so already, get rid of Andreas Isaksson (5.20), who has been officially axed from the Manchester City side. His replacement Joe Hart (12.39) is too expensive to merit serious consideration, with City having shipped four goals in their last two games.
David James (13.70) is the top-scoring keeper in the game and he should have the opportunity to make some saves against Liverpool and Arsenal, but steer clear unless you think Pompey can keep a clean sheet.
Defenders
Best avoid Tottenham players what with that visit to the Emirates Stadium. Pascal Chimbonda (10.42) looks especially expensive.
You wouldn't imagine Martin Laursen (11.00) has more points than any other defender, but he does. With Manchester City and Chelsea coming up it is not the best time to jump on the Dane's bandwagon.
No matter how cheap Derby's defenders get, don't go there. Under no circumstances is Andy Griffin (4.69) a handy 'sleeper' pick.
Midfielders
Players to miss out this week through suspension include Stephen Ireland, Didier Zokora, Liam Miller, Mario Melchiot, Chris Samba and Peter Crouch, whom you didn't ought to have anyway.
Sulley Muntari (10.43) has been in majestic form, but with Liverpool and Arsenal over Christmas, don't expect miracles from the Pompey man.
Cristiano Ronaldo (24.00) is an absolute points machine on his day, but is he really five million better than the next most expensive player (Steven Gerrard)? Think carefully before blowing a quarter of your budget on him.
Strikers
Marcus Bent (13.10) and Roque Santa Cruz (13.33) have both seen their value virtually double following their hat-tricks last week. Stay away.
Dimitar Berbatov is a steady scorer but looks overpriced at (14.57), while his weekend rival Robin van Persie (17.84) does not deserve to be the top-priced forward.
