Rally Monte Carlo Coverage Cancelled

Wed 23 Jan, 08:33 PM

The newly-associated ISC and North One corporations have decided against renewing our agreements regarding the coverage of the 2008 World Rally Championship on Rally-Live.com.

Over the years we have worked hard to offer our passionate fans a complete WRC-dedicated website. The agreements entered into and the rights we had purchased allowed us to provide a large variety of information as events occurred, including live results, audio interviews, videos, high-definition images and many news articles.

Only two days from the start of a new season, we have learned that Rally-Live.com will no longer have the necessary means nor the right conditions in which to report on the WRC rounds, at least not at the same level of quality as has been the case over the last several years.

Therefore, since the commercial rights holders governing the World Rally Championship – North One Television and International Sportsworld Communicators – no longer offer us the necessary means to work in optimal conditions at this time, you will understand that it is difficult to carry on with a long-term view and continued coverage of WRC news.

We are sincerely sorry and disappointed for the 2,486,896 single readers who have visited our site in 2007 (source Google Analytics) which represent almost 10,000,000 visits over the year, without forgetting our partners and sponsors who have trusted us with our WRC reports for many seasons. We wish to reassure you that we will be reporting on other series currently in full development.

The responsibility of this decision does not rest upon us and we understand that you may also be disappointed. If such is the case, do not hesitate in letting your opinion be known by contacting the deciding entities, International Sportsworld Communicators and North One Television: info@northonetv.com
