Juventus striker Amauri has said he expects to sign for Fiorentina on Tuesday.

The Italy international, 31, is yet to make a Serie A appearance for Juve this season after falling out of the first-team picture under new coach Antonio Conte.

Now Amauri expects to join the Viola, who sit 14th in the Serie A table.

"I'll arrive in Florence tomorrow," Amauri told Radio Blu. "I will have a medical and then I'll be available.

"I have not come yet because of family reasons. My wife is pregnant and had a little problem and the two clubs gave me time to put things right.

"But tomorrow I will be in Florence. There were no problems and there was no interest from AC Milan."
