Serie A - Sneijder: I'm staying at Inter
Internazionale playmaker Wesley Sneijder has confirmed he will not be leaving the club in the January transfer window.
The Netherlands midfielder's name has been linked with a move to Manchester United, who he reportedly came close to joining last summer.
Sneijder, whose season has been disrupted by injury, told Inter's official website: "How much is left? A week? I'm staying here."
Sneijder only made six Serie A appearances for Inter in the first half of the season before sustaining a thigh muscle injury in early November.
The Dutchman is being gradually reintroduced into the first-team fold by manager Claudio Ranieri, having come on at half-time against Lazio on Sunday after playing the final 15 minutes of the Milan derby the week before.
The 2-1 comeback win over Lazio was Inter's seventh consecutive victory in the league. The 2009-10 champions are now fourth in the table, six points behind leaders Juventus.

Inter are right to hold on to him for the rest of this season, but I think they should sell in the summer. It will be there last chance to get big money for him. Let Alvarez and Coutinho take his place and use the 25m they should get to buy for other areas.
Doesn't sound so committed ... I think he is saying "noone wants me ... oops i've priced myself out"
