New signing Josh McQuoid is determined to play his part in Burnley's play-off push.
McQuoid joined the Clarets on a 93-day loan from npower Championship counterparts Millwall last week and made an impressive debut from the bench in Saturday's goalless draw with Derby.
The 22-year-old feels Eddie Howe's side have every chance of securing a route back to the Barclays Premier League in May.
"Out of the sides I've seen and played against, Burnley are up there with the best," he told the Lancashire Telegraph. "They have a good chance of figuring in the play-offs at the end of the season and going all the way."
McQuoid added: "I was happy to come here. I know the manager quite well and felt it would the right move for me.
"I want to play as much football as I can and hopefully get some goals and help the team push up the league."
