Premier League - United tickets seized in raid

Dozens of Manchester United tickets have been seized in a raid on a house as part of an investigation into ticket-touting.

Police found more than 40 tickets for the Premier League champions' recent clash against Arsenal and dozens of season cards in the swoop on a property in Wythenshawe.

A stash of £11,000 in cash was also found in the raid carried out at the end of last month.

Three men were arrested on suspicion of ticket touting before being released on bail.

A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: "A number of items, believed to be stolen, were seized, along with a large quantity of football tickets."

The charges levelled at the three men, aged 23, 26 and 51, ranged from handling stolen goods to ticket touting and money laundering.
