Midfielder David Hunt is doubtful for Shrewsbury's clash with fellow strugglers Notts County as he battles to overcome a shoulder problem.Hunt missed the Shrews' 1-1 draw with Dagenham on Saturday and will be assessed before he can be involved against County.

Marc Tierney recovered from a calf injury to play at left-back, while Ben Herd switched to right-back, where Hunt has also played this season.

Doncaster defender Graeme Lee also made his debut in central defence after arriving on loan, with Colin Murdock beset by illness.

Hunt's return could lead to a rejigging of personnel by Paul Simpson, who is still searching for his first win as Shrewsbury manager following a loss and a draw.

Dagenham's late equaliser means that Shrewsbury have still not tasted victory since beating Morecambe 2-0 on January 19, a run of 12 matches.
