Walsh will be asked if he has any new information about videotaping or other possible violations of league rules at the commissioner's office in New York on May 13.

Goodell fined New England coach Bill Belichick $500,000, the team $250,000 and took away the Pats' first-round draft pick after they broke NFL rules by videotaping New York Jets coaches during the season-opening game in 2007.

Walsh will be required to return any additional tapes under the agreement that neither the NFL nor the Patriots can sue the former video assistant.

Despite Goodell's fines and Belichick's admission to regularly taping opposing coaches because of a misinterpretation of the rules, Pennsylvania Senator Arlen Specter, among others, has called for further investigation into the scandal.

New England finished the regular season unbeaten with a 16-0 record and added two play-off wins before losing the Super Bowl to the New York Giants.
