Hereford boss John Trewick has made his first summer signing with the capture of Keith Lowe from Kidderminster on a one-year deal.
The full-back already has experience at both Championship and League One level with Wolves, Burnley and Port Vale.
It is a busy time for the new Bulls chief, as he has also held talks over re-signing Ryan Green from Bristol Rovers while admitting he would like to bring former loanee Jennison Myrie-Williams back to the club.
"I've spoken to Ryan, and also to his agent, the conversation is ongoing with regards to Ryan, so we'll have to wait and see," he told his club's official website.
"I'm very interested in Jennison, I've spoken to him and he's told me that's he's waiting to see what develops which is fair enough, and I've asked him to keep me informed.
"It's frustrating playing the waiting game with regards to players, but it's something I'm having to get used to. There is a pecking order that always falls into place."
