Sami Hyypia is expected to play his 464th and final game for Liverpool at home to Tottenham.
The 35-year-old Finnish defender may not start the match but will get the chance to say goodbye to the Anfield faithful at some point before leaving for Bayer Leverkusen in the summer.
Manager Rafael Benitez has no injury problems as his team aim to extend their unbeaten home league record to 30 games.

Mary you stupid f?@king bi"%h.
So sad to see a true LEGEND leave the team! I shed many tears! But you'll be back. You are a proper footballer, a real team player. Very rare in these days of high wages and selfish sulks!!!! Good luck and get your coaching badges then you will be back where you belong! Thanks for all you've done for us, you will be missed by the Anfield faithful!!
Look forward to your testimonial.
