Chairboys snap up utility-man Hunt

Lewis Hunt has become Wycombe's sixth signing of the summer transfer window following his release from League One outfit Southend.The 25-year-old, a key figure in the Shrimpers' climb from League Two to the Championship in recent seasons, joins the Blues on a two-year contract.

Manager Peter Taylor believes his experience and versatility can help the club's push for promotion to League One.

He told the club's official website: "He can play in different positions, he's got good experience and he's got two promotions at Southend in the past.

"He's at a good age and it's a good opportunity for him to play football."
