Sixties Icon is set to appear in the newly-upgraded Group Three Glorious Stakes at Goodwood next week.

Jeremy Noseda's five-year-old will bid to bounce back from a disappointing performance at Royal Ascot where he finished last in the Prince of Wales's Stakes won by Duke Of Marmalade.

The Goodwood race was won by Purple Moon last year when it was a listed contest.

Noseda said on his official website: "He was under a cloud at Ascot but I've been happy with him since and he's been working well, so we're looking forward to running him at Goodwood."
