Barnet full-back Joe Devera will have a groin injury assessed after he was withdrawn from the pre-season friendly with Cambridge.

The 22-year-old signalled to the bench in the first half that he had a problem and was replaced by Ismail Yakubu at right-back.

The game at the Abbey Stadium ended 1-1 after Paul Furlong's header put the Bee's ahead before Mark Beesley equalised late on.

Manager Ian Hendon told the club's official website: "It was a good competitive game, more like what we are going to get every week in League Two than against Arsenal."
