Tony Mowbray will be without three key first-team players as West Brom prepare to take on Wolves in the Black Country derby on Sunday.Veteran striker Kevin Phillips is still suffering with knee ligament damage while James Morrison and Martin Albrechtsen are also on the sidelines.
Morrison was forced off against Coventry with medial ligament damage and Albrechtsen suffered the same injury against Sheffield Wednesday.
While both will be a huge loss to the Baggies, Mowbray is confident they will be back within a matter of weeks rather than the initial fear of a lengthier lay-off.
Leon Barnett is expected to continue in place of Albrechtsen while Morrison's absence will give former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Chris Brunt a chance to stake a claim for a regular starting berth.
Kick-off is 12noon.
