Serie A - Inter sign Jimenez and Rivas

The two players arrived at Inter's mountain training base in northern Italy late on Monday and took part in training on Tuesday, Inter's website said, without giving further details of the deals.
Chilean Jimenez has moved to the San Siro after falling out with Lazio management.
The 23-year-old plays as an attacking midfielder and was a leading light for the Rome club last season as they secured a Champions League berth despite tough financial constraints. He previously played for Ternana and FIorentina.
Rivas, 24, rose to prominence at Deportivo Cali in his native country before moving to River at the beginning of 2007 for the Clausura season.
Inter won Serie A with some ease last season, although the return of Juventus and a resurgent Milan could add to Roma's competition.
