Leeds run the rule over trio

Leeds United have taken former Barnsley defender Dominik Werling and two other players on trial.German defender Werling, who impressed during a short-term spell at Barnsley earlier this season, joins Trinidadian striker Cornell Glen and Latvian defender Oskars Klava on trial at Elland Road.

Werling, 25, started 17 games for Barnsley this season, but is now a free agent.

Glen appeared in the 2006 World Cup for Trinidad & Tobago and recently left LA Galaxy while Latvia international Klava has joined on trial from FHK Liepajas Metalurgs.
