Lazio manager Edy Reja has poured cold water on reports that Mauro Zarate will join Juventus or any other club this transfer window.

The Argentine winger-forward has scored four goals this season and has also been linked with Liverpool, but the high-flying Biancoceleste insist that the 23-year-old will not be sold.

"I don't understand where certain rumours emerge," Reja said.

"Zarate will not move, I am certain of that."

Zarate, who has also played for Birmingham City, has a contract until June 2014.
