Steve Holland was pleased with Crewe's 1-1 draw at Leeds but has called for his side to produce that level of performance more consistently.Tresor Kandol's first goal since November earned Leeds a point, but it left them still without a win under Gary McAllister. Nicky Maynard's 47th-minute goal had threatened to give Crewe a hard-earned victory.
Holland said: "After 70 minutes we looked as in control as we were capable of looking and could have scored a second goal. We would have taken a point at the start but we could have lost it at the death.
"It is a different environment at Leeds to the one we are used to playing in, week in, week out, but we handled it quite well.
"We have to perform at that sort of level more consistently. Since Leeds beat us at Gresty Road they have brought in different players and a new manager and it will take time for them to gel."
