Chris Dagnall came off the bench to fire a hat-trick inside nine second-half minutes and help Rochdale run out 4-1 home victors over Rotherham.The Millers took the lead in the seventh minute of Monday's League Two clash at Spotland when Peter Holmes' corner picked out Marc Joseph's run and the defender headed home.
But Dale levelled after 30 minutes when Rene Howe set up Gary Jones to fire past goalkeeper Andy Warrington.
Dagnall's brilliant cameo started in earnest in the 81st minute when he converted Lee Thorpe's cross, and his second sealed the win, firing past Warrington courtesy of a deflection off Ian Ross.
The pick of the bunch camme when Dagnall turned inside Joseph and curled a terrific effort beyond Warrington.
