Geraint Williams has conceded his struggling Colchester side face an uphill task in their battle to avoid relegation from the Championship.The Us currently lie bottom of the Championship and are 11 points from safety after Saturday's 5-1 thrashing at Norwich.

"We have 11 senior players out at the moment and that makes it even harder to freshen things up when they're going against you," Williams told the club's official website.

"But we will keep going as there is still pride to play for in the next few weeks."
