Wales star Shane Williams touched down twice as the Ospreys outclassed Saracens 30-3 to book a showdown with Leicester in the final of the EDF Energy Cup.
The Welsh team scored four tries in all with Gavin Henson and replacement Filo Tiatia also crossing to set up a repeat of last year's final, which was won by Leicester.
With 11 Wales internationals in their starting line-up, the Ospreys proved far too strong for their English rivals, who are going through a difficult patch after a promising start to the season.
The Ospreys began brightly and almost scored twice when Williams and Jonathan Thomas crossed within the first five minutes, only for both efforts to be disallowed.
Despite their superiority, it was not until the 30th minute that the Ospreys took the lead with a James Hook penalty.
Ten minutes later, Williams showed a spark of brilliance as he hacked through and beat Saracens defenders Richard Haughton and Dan Scarbrough to the touch down.
Having trailed 8-0 at the break, Saracens finally got on the scoreboard three minutes after the restart with a Glen Jackson penalty.
The outstanding Gavin Henson added the Ospreys' second try in the 51st minute when he fended off a weak Andy Farrell tackle to storm his way over.
Hook added the conversion and made it 18-34 seven minutes later with his second penalty of the game.
Titatia had been on the field for only a minute when he followed up some good work by Hook and Sonny Parker to crash over for Ospreys' third try.
Williams rounded off a superb week for the Wales contingent when he chased up a grubber kick by lock Ian Evans to touch down for his second 10 minutes before the end.
