Bonser eager for youth development

Walsall chairman Jeff Bonser has outlined the credentials that he is looking for in Richard Money's successor at the Banks's Stadium.The Saddlers' are searching for an new manager following Money's resignation on Tuesday after just over two years at the helm.

Bonser has made it clear that the successful candidate must have the ability to bring the best out of the club's crop of young talent.

"One of the priorities will be that Richard Money's successor has the same coaching ability to cultivate and develop a young group of players who have come on so much this season and represent the future of this club," Bonser told the Express and Star. "Our commitment to developing our own players will not change."
