Wolves striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake has insisted there is no better strike partnership in the Championship than him and Andy Keogh.

Wanderers boss Mick McCarthy has spent much of the season chopping and changing his forward line but has recently opted to go with the pair.

They were both on target in the 3-0 midweek win over Cardiff which moved them within two points of the play-offs with two games to play.

"The partnership is beginning to gel," Ebanks-Blake told the Express & Star. "Keogh is a very good player who works very hard and he's worth his goals.

"It's been brilliant and we need to keep pressing on now because there are still a couple of really important games.

"There's definitely an understanding growing between us - he's a very good player and I'm starting to learn the runs he likes to make.

"He's starting to learn my game and as a partnership, I don't think there's anything better. We both scored on Tuesday night. We're both scoring [regularly] and we're really pleased."
