La Liga - Sevilla are considering making a move for Jo Alves, according to the CSKA Moscow striker's agent.
Sevilla will send Victor Horta, a member of the UEFA Cup winner's coaching staff, to the Russian capital to run the rule over the Brazilian in Saturday's CSKA-Zenit St Petersburg clash.
"Contact between the two clubs has not yet been initiated, but I believe a move to Spain would be feasible at the end of the season," agent Marselu Kiremidzhjan told Sport Express.
Jo, who has netted five times in 15 appearances so far this season in the Russian Premier League, would set the Primera Liga side back about 10 million.
Meanwhile, Alexander Kerzhakov - another player Horta brought to Spain from Russia - has resumed training after shaking off an injury. The Russian international could now play some part in Sevilla's title run-in.
"I had a fully-fledged training session on Wednesday and it was alright as I felt no pain at all," Kerzhakov told Sport Express.
With just three games remaining, Sevilla still have a chance of taking the Spanish title and they head into this weekend's game against Real Zaragoza just two points behind leaders Real Madrid and Barcelona, who occupy second place on the head-to-head rule.
