Huddersfield Town have smashed their record for season-ticket sales with more than 15,000 sold for their 2008/09 centenary campaign.The cut-price offer of £100 for a ticket ended at 5pm on Friday with the club reporting 15,430 tickets have been purchased, beating the previous mark of 14,058 in 1970 after the club had been promoted to the top flight.
The number has doubled last season's total of 7,633.
