The Green Bay Packers secured one of their top offensive weapons by signing wide receiver Greg Jennings to a long-term contract extension.
The deal, which includes a number of performance incentives, will keep the player in Green Bay through the 2012 season and could earn him as much as $31 million, according to local media reports.
A favorite target for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Jennings set career highs in receptions (80) and receiving yards (1,292) last season while hauling in nine touchdown passes.
Taken with a second-round pick by the Packers in the 2006 draft, Jennings has caught 178 passes for 2,844 yards and 24 touchdowns in 43 career games.

Why is it the players in Green Bay have the knowledge of right and wrong? They have great people in that town, a great place to raise a family with values. No dopers allowed!!! Michael C.
